Got the email campaign side down but what about forms/surveys?

I read about an outbound survey feature. I would love to tailor a marketing campagin to entice leads (From the CRM Online DB) to fill out a survey which will qualify them for differant responses.

So my question is; Is this already provided in CRM On-line or do I have to have a seperate server with seperate pages with some some sort of import utility?
