I have a Service Activity workflow that sends an email on record create, and when the Scheduled Start date changes. My Users are all using the Outlook Client and there are two Users who receive this email over and over on repeat (other Users do not have this issue). What's interesting is that when the User clicks Synchronize in Outlook, it kicks off the WF again and another email is sent (they get an email in their Inbox, and another email record is created in CRM as a Closed Activity). I've tried clearing cache, disassociating the Outlook Client org., updating Personal Options, updating settings via the Diagonostic tool...nothing is fixing it. Why would an Oultook Sync cause a WF to get triggered?
