French data import is not showing French accent (notions) with Data Import Template

Hi Team, 

When I import one custom entity data in French language (Data import template xml) using import option, French accents (notions) are coming in square mark.

Steps:

1. Download Template for Data Import for custom entity(new_test)
2. Enter French data for new_test entity.
3. Import back using Import Data option.
4. Data is importing without any failure.  But French accent (notions)  were showing in square symbol.

I have verified below points:

1. I am using SQL 2008 R2 version. I have verified database collation setting. It is set to Latin1_General_CI_AI.
2. I am able to enter manually French data with accent (notions) into CRM and save.
3. French language pack is already enabled. 

System settings:

CRM 2011(On premise), Rollup 11, French language pack was installed, Base language is US English, SQL 2008 R2. 

Please let me know if anyone faced same issue.
