I have a needed to combine elements from both the Cases entity and a custom activity entity into one entity.
Needs:
- "Add" tab accross top of entity for creating related activities right on form (As appears in Cases)
- CC field for associating the "Custom Case" to mulple accounts, contacts etc. (As is available in Custom Activities)
Wants:
- The ability to convert from Email or Phone Call (As appears in Outlook with Cases)
What is the best way to approach this? Thank you for your help.
