Hi,
I'm new to MS CRM 2011 and I'm working for one of the partners based out of Chennai, India.
Project briefing: Delivering CRM for Client on IT software sales & Services. Our solution is based on WG server 2011 (with 5 users) (On premise)
What I did: System customization was completed. I tried to upload existing data in the system. I got few warning alerts for few fields while data mapping. I IGNORED ALL the warning and completed the data upload. All the data were successfully uploaded.
What happened: Now that, If i want to edit the exiting record, SAVE or SAVE & CLOSE or any groups available ribbon are greyed out. Simply saying there is no Ribbon when i edit the existing record. As a result, I'm not able to make any changes/ammendment to the existing records. Every time system throws the following error.
NOTE: The following error prevails for all objects within the system.
