Implement Parent:Child security access level on shared records

Hi All,

I need to implement cascade sharing in CRM2011, but cannot see standard way to do it. I believe, it's possible, but want to avoid coding (plugins).

below is a simple scenario:
We have some BU (business unit) structure in the organization. for example:
ORG
  Fin
    Tax
    Liability
  Tech
    Production
    Service
    Engineering
  Sales
    NA
      US
      CA
    EU
      UK
      DE

and know the user of "Service" BU needs to share his/her record to BU "UK".
the main requirement is that this record should be visible to  UK/EU/Sales BUs automatically. In other words, all "root" BUs of higher level in hierarchy must have an access to all records shared to one or another subordinate  BU.

I didn't find any standard way to accomplish this behavior.

Does anybody can recommend the possible approach with a minimum or no coding?
