I have attempted the Solution transfer from Online RU12 to OnPremise RU12 - unfortunately I am receiving errors specifically when the Lead Qualify button is pressed on the Lead form ribbon bar. (I have imported the Microsoft Activity solution as required prior to my solution import)
The import was successful but gave me a warning to say "Solution imported but some functionality may not be available"
Is it reasonable to expect to be able to import in this way or are we facing divergent functionality between the two versions of CRM?
I also note that some posts suggest i can get a copy of my Online database from Microsoft - is this the case?
