CRM Online 2011 – Access on iPad – Multiple Error Messages

Hello There,

I am use CRM on my iPad (iOS 6.1.2) and our CRM instance is on roll up 12.

The problem: when attempting to add a new organisation record – I get the following error messages:

HTTP Error Code: 400 ( message: ACS20012:the request is not a valid WS-Federation protocol message

Any suggestions on how to overcome this, please??
