Add Image Hyperlink under custamized contact entity?

Hi All,

i am new to Microsoft Dynamic CRM my problem is i am tying to custamize the contact entity form,in that form i uploaded one image under webresouce i want to make that image as hyperlink can any one pls tell me how to do that?
