Are there any best practices for creating and utilzing marketing lists? For example, I want to create lists for our monthly newsletter (email and hard copy). So, I created 4 different marketing lists .... email vs. hard copy, lead vs. contact. However, when I qualified a lead and created a new account/contact, the lead is no longer in the lead marketing lists and the contact was not added to the contact marketing lists. In otherwords, the user just got unsubscribed from the newsletter.
What am I missing here?
