We have a Dynamics CRM 2011 on premises server and a Sharepoint 2010 Online deployment. I'm trying out the document management features and we have had very strange behavior with Dynamics CRM. We've concluded that we would like to use the 'Based on entity' feature set to Account so that we have the following folder structure:
https//<sharepoint>/Documents/Account/<accountName>/opportunity/<opportunityName>
This worked fine in the beginning, but suddenly everyone started having an issue where the Sharepoint webpage loads inside the frame of the CRM opportunity window:
