I want to create a workflow in CRM online that sends an email message when a new case is created to inform the client. The email's sender must be our support email account in which everybody has priviledges. Of course we can create a new crm user and set his primary email address to our support email address, then make him the sender of the email in the workflow but I don't think this is the recommended way to do this. Is this possible without creating a new user? How can it be done?
