Getting Dynamics CRM 2011 To Spawn All Windows To Secondary Monitor

I am running Dynamics CRM 2011 in Internet Explorer 9 on a 64bit Windows 7 computer. I have two monitors and am running Dynamics on the secondary one. How can I get it to spawn all windows to that same monitor? Right now every time I do anything that launches a new window, like creating a new case, that window opens on my primary monitor, which causes me to have to stop what I am doing and drag the window onto the correct monitor. This is not only time consuming, but also results in windows that are not sized properly (the monitor displaying Dynamics CRM is smaller than my primary one).
