Moving data to another user

Hi,

We're using CRM Online. We have a marketing administrator leaving the company, and we'd like to move all his saved views, dashboards etc. to another existing user. He doesn't own any accounts, contacts etc.

Is there a way to do this from the user management screens, or do we need the marketing user to share their stuff with the other user before their account is shut down?
