How do Dynamics CRM Online customers that acquire their subscription through Microsoft Online Services Portal - O365 - gain their access credentials to the Dynamics Customersource portal?
Historically, Customersource portal access for Dynamics CRM Online customers was automaticaly created with the same Windows Live id account (a.k.a. Microsoft account) used to subscribe to the CRM Online service, but now through MOSP subsciption process - it only creates an Office 365 User Id that does not provide for login into CustomerSource portal.
Please advise on how to gain the appropriate user credentials to access Customersource
