Whenever I try to run a report in CRM I get an error that says Try Again. The event viewer in CRM shows:
Event ID: 19968
Web service request ListExtensions to Report Server http://sqlxx/reportserver/ReportService2005.asmx failed. Error: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
Our configuration: CRM installed on Server 2003 and SQL 2005 installed on another server
This error happened after we renamed our SQL server from SQL01XX to SQL01X but added an alias in DNS for SQL01X to point to SQL01XX.
If I open a browser and type in http://SQL01X/ReportServer I get a login window but no matter what credentials I use the login window pops up again. But if I use the IP of the SQL server http://192.168.x.x/ReportServer I can log in with domain admin credentials and I can see the directory structure.
