one of my customers wants to use OOB Dynamics CRM 2011 On-premise functionalities to get delivery information of the emails sent by campaigns.
I was thinking on using the mail box configuration of the generic email account used for the campaign and setup the response account to a different one.
The idea is to have a different to track the autoresponses from the destination email servers.
What do you think?
