Update Contract States Job in CRM 2011

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011. When i see the System jobs in CRM 2011, there are 2 instances of "Upgrade Contract States" job running every day while in CRM 4 there is only one instance and that too it runs at 21:01.

So in CRM 2011, not only the Update Contract States job runs twice but also fails:

One runs at 21:01 everyday under our Service account and

Second runs at 23:01 everyday under the SYSTEM account

Please would anyone suggest where to look for why this is happening and also how to change the timings of the job?
