How to Pass Multiple Values through QueryString to Other Webresource?

Hi All,

            I am trying to pass multiple values from javascript to Other HTML file,but while passing i am getting  " HTTP Error 500 - Internal Server Error Unhandled Exception" this exception.

i am passing like below

window.open("servionglobalsolution.crm5.dynamics.com/.../new_LatestCopy ,"_blank","width=220,height=320,scrollbars=0,resizable=0,location=0,titlebar=0");

Plz Help Me.
