Vocalocity CRM Plugin connection issue with CRM 2011 online

I appreciate any help or direction on where I can get help. I can not get the vocalocity CRM plugin to connect to CRM 2011 online. I get the below error. Interesting is I get the error regardless of the whether I have the oranization name empty or not. I have connected vocalocity and they say it is a Microsoft issue with Office 365.
