Hi everyone, I have spent the last two days researching this issue, and I know a lot has been posted about it, but I have tried every solution here and in the Microsoft Support sites to no avail.
We are in a trial for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, have a server set up and are able to use the web client with no issue. I try to set up the outlook configuration issue, and I get the following error:
I have tried:
- Repairing Windows Live Essentials
- Repairing Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant
- Repairing Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant
- Uninstalling and reinstalling all 3 of the above
- Syncing the clock and confirming the computer clock and CRM server clock are identical
- Confirming that my login credentials work on the web server
- Running the configuration wizard outside of Outlook
And after endless uninstalls, reinstalls, reboots, and such I still receive the same error.
Also, could someone confirm that I am using the correct server URL?
The one I login to for the web is "https://myservername.crm.dynamics.com"
I simply copied and pasted that URL into the "Server URL" and used my login credentials ending in "myservername.onmicrosoft.com"
