We are facing very weird issue related to CRM 2011 Email Router. We are having below CRM environment with us:
CRM Server 2011 with UR 10 , version : 5.0.9690.2730
CRM 2011 Email Router with UR 10 , version : 5.0.9690.2730
Issue is like, Email tracking in CRM suddenly gets stopped automatically, when I do restart email router service it comes in working state.
Suppose I have started email router configuration manager , I have done any change and I click on Publish, it wont give Publish successful message till I do not kill email router agent process running. Once I kill this process 'puclish successful' message comes instantly, at the same time Email Router Service gets stopped and I need to manually start this process again.
The same scenario goes into the loop again and again. looking for any advice on the same.
