I've been quite happily using the Instance adapter to migrate a client's data from on-prem to online. However I've come across a couple of show stoppers so far and I'm wondering if anyone else has got any light they can shed on this for me.
1) Can't migrate quick campaigns at all. They just won't go.
2) All opportunities are migrated as Open. To get around this I had to create a couple of extra fields to record the status & status reason then run workflows against all the migrated Opportunities to re-set the status so it is correct.
3) All emails are migrated with status of Completed and not Sent/Received. This means that the new CRM Online is randomly sending some very old email when connected to an Outlook. This is really bad. I could do the same thing as Opportunitiy where I record the actual status of the email in a custom field and then re-set it again when it creates the emails in the online crm but this is a much bigger task for all the history emails and not just a workflow on a few advanced find screens.
Has anyone else come across these bugs and found solutions for them?
