We are currently running CRM 4.0 (rollup8 or 10?) with Exchange/Outlook 2003. We are upgrading Exchange and Outlook to 2010 and I'm trying to assess what trouble we might find down the road that we should be prepared for. Our tech seems confident that it will be a walk in the park but it's exactly that attitude that has gotten us in trouble before.
What are the best practices when performing an upgrade of Exchange and Outlook 2010 in combination with CRM 4.0? Necessary preparations, scenario's, etc.
