Dears,
I have a lot of emails that i send to my prospects and clients using Outlook 2013 but those are not tracked on Dynamics CRM when i check the activity for their respective entities.
I was using Salesforce and using a third-party Outlook Connector to track the emails and it was done automatically if i send an email to a contact/lead that's on Salesforce CRM.
It is different here on Dynamics and I would like to know how to track those emails. Also if there is a way to do that can it be applied on all previous email communication or i will have to assign those email by email?
P.S. I'm using Dynamics CRM add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2013.
