SSRS: Unable to see custom reports folder under MSCRM_Org

I need to access the custom reports folder under the MSCRMOrganization in SSRS.  It is completely invisible to me even in "Details View."  When I try to navigate to the folder by manually entering the URL path I get the following message:

       "The permission granted to user xx\xxxx are insufficient for performing this operation"

This is an On Premise CRM 2011 system.  

      I have CRM "System Administrator" Privileges

In SSRS:

      I have System Administrator and System User Privileges.  

      In the MSCRMOrg folder I have these privileges:  Browser, Browser for Microsoft CRM, Content Manager, My Reports, Publisher, Publisher for Microsoft CRM, Report Builder.

Any Ideas why I cannot see this folder?
