My marketing department has asked me whether or not CRM has the facility to let you know if an email has actually been read.
We clearly have the option to see who has received it and if there were any issues with email addresses, but as a marketing tool they would find it useful to see who has read the emails.
As far as I can see, there is no option for this, but being new to the system, I wanted to check before confirming with them.
