I have Small business server 2011 which runs sharepoint foundation and exchange. I recently added dynamics CRM to this bundle (A little cramped I know but it works, be it a little slow).
We were half using outlook BCM however I had dynamics CRM on our microsoft partner disk so I thought we should try that instead.
We use sharepoint a lot. i.e. we enter every job and customer in sharepoint lists.
I was hoping I would be able to feed jobs and accounts into sharepoint from CRM however it doesnt look like this is possible out of the box. All I can do is manage doccuments.
Am I correct there?
Also, am I being daft using dynamics crm in a company of 3 (plus contractors)? I thought it would hone or sales skills but if it is likely to confuse matters I can go back to business contact manager.
