One of our users who has outlook synched with CRM, is having issues with contacts being automatically created.
We were reviewing contacts and noticed a large number of contacts with only a first and last name and email address filled out. He said that CRM is auto populating these contacts and wondered if it has something to do with his suggested contacts listed in Outlook? Is there anyway to stop CRM from automatically creating contacts from Outlook?
Also-- this is causing issues because it is creating contacts for internal conversations and tracking emails against the contacts which should not be in CRM.
Any advice would be appreciated.
