I am using trial version of Crm dynaics 2011
when i am trying to send email using "send direct email" option sometimes it is working.
sometimes it is showing follwing error message.
Communication Error:
This message cannot be sent to all selected recipients .verify both the sender and the recipients have valid email address and that the recipients are allowed to receive emails.
anybody guide me Plz..
