Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I'm currently evaluating Dynamics CRM and I've hit a stumbling block.
I'm trying to understand what mechanism exists to allow me to mark a Lead as a 'Customer' when I have converted them. How do I go about doing this?
I imagine that there's a way of marking a lead or opportunity as having been converted so that I can then target marketing campaigns at either 'Leads' or 'Customers'.
I suspect I'm missing something obvious - or there's a gap in my understanding regarding terminology.
Any help would be appreciated!
