When we receive an e-mail message that was sent to a queue in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, duplicate queue items are created. One queue item is in the mail queue. And, another queue item is in the queue owner's assigned queue. Both queue items are related to the same activity. We don't want a duplicate queue item going to the owner. We have already tried adding a registry key as described by KB919419 but that didn't resolve the issue.
