How can I track an email using CRM for outlook client if already close or not, in this type of scenario? pls see below:
I received an email request and it so happen that the contents of email should be addressed by 3 departments/users. Can I forward it to each department/user simultaneously? If yes, how can I track the distributed email in 3 CRM users when email is already close? What is the best solution for this?
