In CRM 4.0 there is an option to track emails between users as two activities: an incoming and outgoing
Now I have noticed that indeed two email activities are created of which only the outgoing is linked via Set Regarding. For some reason the incoming activity is indeed tracked but the Set Regarding is empty ?
Appearantly this will not happen if you configure the CRM recipients for sender-based matching only. Where can I find this option?
Or should I just deactivate the option to track emails between users all together?
What do you recommend?
