Reducing clicks on promoting emails to response

Just wondering if anybody has managed to optimise the campaign response tracking in Dynamics CRM Online?

My sales guys are coming to me saying that tracking campaign responses are monotonous.

Currently they have to:

1) Select to "Track" the response email

2) Click to view in CRM

3) Click to convert to response

4) Click to save the campaign response

5) Click to convert the campaign response to closed (if not interested) or convert to opportunity.

Can anyone think of a way to reduce the manual entry of this?

I know that there is an option to "automatically create campaign responses", but I don't like this as the responses seem to get lost in the ether and the sales guys aren't always aware, sometimes they don't automatically create etc. so it's unreliable.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
