Hi! After working fine for many weeks, all of a sudden we are getting below error for one of the mailboxes in our Email router – other mailboxes are still fine.
The following information was included with the event:
#27938 - An error occurred while checking for e-mail messages to process in mailbox customercare@XXXX.com. Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Invalid mail. Expected header items not found - possibly draft item or other type of item forwarded to this mailbox
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.RetrieveMessage(ServiceLogger serviceLogger)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessageInternal()
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessage()
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.Run()
I have checked by manually logging into the mailbox, mails "seem to be" fine though I cannot guarantee that. Do we know any such issue with mail servers, here the client is using Exchange 2003. Help is appreciated.
