We currently have Dynamics CRM Online with a Windows Live ID. We were email the following: SRX1203374010ID - ST - Intelligent InSites will be transitioning to the Microsoft Online Portal!
We already have an O365 account activated but I have some questions leading up to the migration. Below are my questions regarding this transition, thank you for your time;
Will we need to purchase Dynamices CRM licenses in the Office 365 account?
Will our URL to access CRM Online change?
Will there be any downtime?
Will our Windows Live ID be deactivated immediately after being migrated off?
We have a Dynamics CRM Online Partner. Will this need to be reset up?
Any other basic information you can provide will be helpful, thanks!
