Does Microsoft CRM has such features?

Dear Sir,

Before we decide to use Microsoft CRM, I want to know if the CRM for sales management has the following features:

1)   Does it include mail merge feature to send the email by merging the name / contact phone / different price discount  

     for different customers etc ?

2)  How many email can send one day?

3)  Does it include a auto-responder feature which allow us to send a pre-written serial of email to our prospects? Of    

    course it was personalize with merging the name within the email or in the subject?
