We applied Rollup 13 to our dev environment and personal views have disappeared. We went from Rollup 11 to Rollup 13 and run CRM 2011. Our primary client is the Outlook Add-In so we updated the client as well. We are on-premise.
For example, when viewing Accounts, we select the drop-down arrow to select a view and the only options are System Views. We had "My Views" as well before the update.
