Checking Sub Grid has value on Custom Plugin

Hi,

I have one Sub Grid on Case form.

On Saving I want to check that Sub Grid is not null and if it has some record, I want change case Status.

can you please tell me how I can cechk SubGrid value in C# in Plugin?
