'Revert to Personal Templates' email template cannot be found!

1.  I accessed an Email Template (I am not he owner of the Template)
2.  From 'More actions;, I selected Revert to Personal Templates
3. Now I cannot find the email template anymore.

Please can someone tell me how I am able to access all Personal Templates
