Looking to see if anyone has seen the same issue with Send Direct Email. In our case, you *can* tick off one recipient in an advanced find grid result and use the Send Direct Email wizard to contact using an email template.
Once you select more than one recipient, the Send Direct Wizard runs as it would normally run but no resultant email nor activity is generated for any of the marked records.
No errors are generated to the user during the process.
When just a single recipient is ticked, the email template is populated, the email goes out and the activity shows up under the contact as expected.
