Microsoft Dynamics CRM Instance Adapter - Looking for the ZIP file

Hi there

Do you have the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Instance Adapter.zip" zip file? Microsoft has removed the download link and I am working with a legacy system setup and need the instance adapter. Anyone so kind to send me the zip?
