Complete uninstall of Dynamics Connector?

I've run the uninstall program for the Dynamics Connector which removed the application from my Dynamics GP server. However, on the CRM server in the Organization I had configured for use with the Connector, the Connector Solution (Connectorformicrosoftdynamicsgp) is still present as well as all the components the Connector installed (*Account* and *Contact* entitles, "Submit Order" button on the Order etc).  

I'm not sure why the uninstall process didn't delete these items.  However, when I attempt to manually delete the Connector Solution from CRM, I receive the following error message - "Cannot Delete Component - Cannot delete Main because one or more components require it."

I've looked at the install documentation for Connector and there is no guidance for uninstalling the product.  How does one completely remove the Connector solution and all the installed pieces from CRM?
