When saving in CRM, the "reload page" dialog box comes up

Hello,

When saving in CRM, the "reload page" dialog box appears, asking are you sure you want to reload the page.

This is a sporadic issue, I have checked to see if this is caused by any Jscript and there is nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas?
