Can you obtain the related lead info. from the plugin context on opportunity create

In case of a plugin step registered on lead qualify, the plugin context will contain the created entities like Opportunity, Account etc in the OutputParameters. However if I register the step on opportunity create and qualify a lead, does such an opportunity create result in the context having any info about the related lead? Or is it treated like any other non-lead qualify type of opportunity create?
