An error occurred during printing. (0x8007F303)

Hello,

When a user runs a report, and clicks the print button to print - they get an error.

This is only happening for some users.

We have done a IE reset, cleared the cache ect.

 The users are able to save the report as a PDF and print from there. However they would like to use the button as intended.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
