Problems with URL and connections after CRM 2015 deployed

I created into Module-Account any button (web resources) to start any interactive processes.

After the pubblication of Crm 2015 new release I lost the connection between the buttons and their processes.

I check the URL but nothing has changed.

Anyone have the same problem?
