Last week thank you for all input here that I am able to create a workflow to automatically update two fields within the same form under Account Entity in CRM 2011.
This week I want to replicate the steps of workflow for a equipment / facility, however when I tried to configure the "Update Record" step for the workflow by choosing the right form from the drop down box I cannot find the form in using now :
While during workflow configuration for Accounts when I chose "Update Record" I can find from the drop down box "Primary Entity" and then "Account" and then "Set Properties" which open the right form automatically.
Consider the difference between a proper entity "Account" and a equipment / facility (where my company call it "Providers", I am wondering if the procedure for configuring a workflow would be different, and I think what I need would be a workflow to update a specific form.
Any hint would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much for all here.
