USD Create New LogicalName types

Using Unified Service Desk, I would like to use the New_CRM_Page to open a new Opportunity. I set up my hosted control and created the action call to open it in a new tab but when I specify LogicalName=opportunity the tab displayed is blank. I added a new entity with the name opportunity but I was unable to find a place to put the specifics for what it should point to. What am I missing?
